1st Annual Detroit Inspirational Music Competition August 26, 2006

The Detroit Inspirational Music Competition is here and seeking soloists, groups, choirs, and other talented individuals to compete to win cash prizes, and an opportunity to appear on a televised special before millions of viewers on WXYZ channel 7 August 26, 2006. The program is scheduled to air from 7 - 8 pm EST.
The final contestants will be aired before a live stuido audience as they compete for a cash prize of up to $5,000.00. The first place winner will hold the title as the city of Detroit's most inspiring, motivational, and spirited singer of 2006.

The semi-finals of the competition will take place on August 11, 2006. This round will determine the 7 finalists.
Viewers will log on to www.detroitinspiration.com to hear samples of the contestants and cast their vote to help move contestans to the final round. |
